How Virtus Financial Partners collects, uses, and protects information from visitors to this website.
Effective Date: August 26, 2026
This Website Privacy Policy describes how Virtus Financial Partners, LLC ("Virtus," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about visitors to our website at www.401kfordentists.com (the "Site").
This policy applies only to information collected through the Site. If you are a Virtus client, the handling of your nonpublic personal information in the course of the advisory relationship is governed by our separate Privacy Notice (Regulation S-P), available on our Disclosures page.
We collect information you voluntarily submit through the Site, including contact and plan-review request submissions (name, email, phone, practice name, any message content, and, when you request a plan review, basic details about your practice's retirement plan such as current recordkeeper, payroll provider, plan type, and number of employees), and email signups (name and email address) when you subscribe to our mailing list or request our Complimentary 401(k) Guide.
When you visit the Site, our hosting provider automatically logs certain technical information, including IP address, browser type and version, device type and operating system, pages visited and time spent on each, and the referring website. This information is used for basic security, troubleshooting, and operational purposes.
The Site also uses cookies, including essential cookies required for it to operate and analytics cookies placed by Google Analytics. See Section 2, Cookies and Your Choices, for what they collect and how to turn analytics off.
The Site uses two kinds of cookies:
Essential cookies are required for the Site to operate correctly and stay secure. They are placed by our hosting platform, Webflow, and cannot be turned off.
Analytics cookies are placed by Google Analytics and help us understand how visitors find and use the Site. They collect standard usage data such as the pages you view, how you arrived at the Site, your device type, and your approximate (city-level) location. We do not use them to identify you personally, and we do not use them for advertising.
We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and we do not use this information for targeted advertising.
Analytics is on by default. You can turn it off at any time using the Your Privacy Choices link in the footer of every page, which opens your cookie preferences. Your choice is saved to your browser; if you clear your cookies or use a different browser or device, you will need to set it again.
We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser or extension sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a request to turn analytics off, and you do not need to take any further action.
You can also opt out of Google Analytics on all websites by installing Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
We use the information we collect to respond to inquiries submitted through our contact and plan-review request forms; deliver educational resources you have requested, such as our Complimentary 401(k) Guide; send periodic educational emails if you have opted in to our mailing list; maintain the security, integrity, and operation of the Site; and comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. We share your information only as described in this section.
We use the following third-party services to operate the Site: OnceHub powers our scheduling and plan-review request service and collects the information you provide when you request a plan review or book a conversation with our team; Google Analytics provides website traffic and usage analytics, receiving the standard usage data described in Section 1 to help us understand and improve the Site; Constant Contact manages our email mailing list and delivers educational emails and our Complimentary 401(k) Guide; and Webflow hosts and serves the Site. Each of these service providers is bound to use your information only as needed to provide the specific service to us.
The Site may include links to third-party websites or services. When you click these links, you leave our Site and are subject to the privacy policies of those services. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party sites.
We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to respond to regulators with jurisdiction over our business.
Contact and plan-review request submissions are retained in OnceHub and in our email system as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for recordkeeping purposes. Email mailing list information is retained in Constant Contact until you unsubscribe or request removal. Automatically logged technical information is retained by Webflow per its standard retention practices.
Depending on where you reside, you may have certain rights under applicable state privacy laws, which may include the right to know what personal information we have collected about you; the right to request deletion of your personal information; the right to correct inaccurate personal information; the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information (as noted above, we do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising); and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information in the "Contact Us" section below. We will verify your identity before responding to any request.
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) provide the rights listed above. We do not "sell" personal information as defined by those laws.
The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us and we will delete it.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we collect. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure. You submit information at your own risk.
The Site is intended for users located in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised policy with a new "Effective Date" at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
